DeCloser

Terms of use

DeCloser · Effective 21 October 2026

In short: DeCloser Pro is a subscription paid through the App Store, with a free trial for new subscribers. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. The app helps you keep track of your own work; you remain responsible for your figures, your clients' information and your agreements with your brokerage.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and DeCloser ("we", "us"), the operator of the DeCloser app and decloser.com. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

2. Your account

3. DeCloser Pro subscription

4. Your data and your clients' data

5. Fair use

Do not use DeCloser to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to send spam, or to try to access other people's accounts or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Figures and calculations

Commission amounts, targets, exchange-rate conversions and totals in the app are calculated from what you enter and are for your own tracking. They are not financial, tax or legal advice and do not replace your brokerage's statements or your agreements.

7. Changes and availability

We improve the app regularly and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, DeCloser is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost deals, lost commission or lost profits arising from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending

You can stop using DeCloser and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously broken. Sections 4, 6 and 8 continue to apply after that.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to rely on its own rules.
